Repair Cafe – Federal Way

October 12 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

We are hosting another Repair Café this Saturday, October 12, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the future home of the South King Tool Library Building at the Thornton F. McElroy Masonic Lodge, 1700 S. 340th St., Federal Way. Please note that the location is difficult to find the first time.
We welcome broken, damaged, or nonfunctional small household items including kitchen appliances, furniture, clothing, or family heirlooms. Please bring items small enough to be easily carried by one person. Do not bring any items that are leaking, dangerous, and excessively dirty, contain gasoline/fuel or have a strong odor. Cracked electronic screens, locked out electronics or microwaves cannot be repaired at this event.

You can let us know you’re coming and describe the broken items through email or on our facebook event page so fixers can research in advance. Damaged items should be accompanied by manuals, adapters,
chargers and any parts required to check if it is in working condition. There are no guarantees that items are able to be fixed. Walk-ins are welcome, and everyone will be assisted as time allows.
